Keep your body hydrated all the time. Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water each day. Together with this try and reduce the number of cups of coffee you drink in one day. It might sound simple but it really does help.

Adding the stem and root of black cohosh to tea helps to reduce the dryness. But pregnant ladies should avoid this as it tends to induce labor. It has also been found that it might harm the liver so those who have liver problems should stay away from it. Consuming wild yam is said to prevent vaginal itching and dryness.
Application of tea tree oil helps in preventing vaginal dryness.
Apply a mixture of milk and aloevera and saffron to the vagina to keep it lubricated.
Olive oil is rich in vitamin E. So the application of olive oil helps to keep the dryness at bay. Use the light ones so that no odour is there!
Yogurt may also be applied to reduce the dryness.
Massaging almond oil or coconut oil also helps.
Application of primrose oil also curbs vaginal dryness
Sesame oil is also a natural lubricant. Massing the vagina walls with thi oil improves the lubrication. Best is to apply and leave it overnight. However, if you are prone to skin eruptions near your vagina then do avoid it.
Wear only cotton undergarments. This is because cotton is the best material to help air to pass through thus preventing any extra seat or inflammation of the vagina. This one may surprise you but do check the detergent that you are washing your undergarment with. Often the chemicals and perfumes present in them causes itching and dryness.
