1. Instruction For Body Wraps At Home

Before you proceed to enjoy the spa treatment at home, you need to create the perfect setting and ambiance, so that you can achieve the maximum benefits and feel pampered and relaxed. You may close the curtains and enlighten aromatic candles, warm your room and play soft music; this will create a calm, soothing and rejuvenating atmosphere. You will need 2 plastic sheets, one will be needed to lie down and another to be kept on the tub or bucket.

Now make the layers of blanket, first wrap yourself in a Space blanket, then ordinary blanket and lastly, the plastic sheets, this layer will keep you warm. You can use a dry face washer in a circular motion to exfoliate the skin and have a warm bath which will open the clogged skin pores. In spas or salons they use linen sheets but you can carry on with white salon towels or thin towels.

Atleast 6/8 towel is needed for the therapy. You need have plenty of water to rinse out toxins and unwanted fat from your body before undergoing this therapy; you may also keep glass of water beside you to sip it during the  treatment in order to keep you hydrated. For next 48 hours, caffeine, sugar, alcohol, oily or fat foods, soda drinks etc. If you want you test how much you put off after each body wraps by measuring your body. For best results go for body wrap one week for 6 week and later once a month.





Method

Take 8 cups of water in a vessel and place it on the oven to boil it. Now remove the vessel from the heat and add your preferred body wrap ingredient into it. Next let it be cool enough to touch and set it for 10/15 minutes.

After that soak the towel into the warm water and wrap up your body, from your leg to neck. Cover each of your legs by two separate towels, one for the middle portion of the body, two for your arms coverage and one for the upper part of the body including back till the neck. Lie down and cover yourself into the plastic blankets for 60 minutes. Finally take cold/normal water bath.



2. Body Cellulite Wrap (Strawberries and Ginger)

Cellulite is unwanted fat which stored under the skin, which caused by lack of proper blood circulation. It also paves the way for toxins and other harmful ingredients to be stored in the body.

This body wrap, including strawberries, ginger and clay etc. as key ingredients which warms your body and increases the level of blood circulation to rinse out the toxin and other harmful ingredients from the body that causes cellulite, water-holding and other skin problems.

Ingredients

2 ginger roots(4 inch), 4 tablespoon kaolin clay, 15 strawberries.

Method

Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend it for a minute to turn it to a thick paste. If the paste seems thin then you can add more clay powder to make it thick.

Apply it to all over the affected areas by either cellulite or low blood circulation and wrap it with tin or plastic foil for 20 minutes. Relax till then and afterwards wash it off with warm water followed by cold water.

3. Healing Body Wrap (chamomile Tea, Olive Oil)

Different herbs have different healing affect, if you are stressed or fatigued; this is really an excellent way to pamper your body and get relaxation by eliminating the toxins from your body.

Ingredients

Chamomile tea bags, 2 tablespoon of olive oil, few drops of Lavender, peppermint and Geranium oils.

Method

Take 3 cups of boiling water into a vessel and add the tea-bags to dip. When the tea will extract and start mixing with the water, dip an old sheet into the tea. The tea need to be warm not boiling hot. Now mix olive, Lavender and Geranium oils together and massage it all over your body.

Then wrap up your body with the warm water soaked old sheet, except your arms. Next make a layer of sheets, over your old sheet wrap up a plastic sheet, then with old towels, now lie down and relax for 20 minutes. Finally unwrap and have a lukewarm water bath.

4. Body Wrap For Blood Circulation/Skin-care(Honey, Lemon)

This body wrap is good for skin care and proper blood circulation of the body. Proper blood circulation is also helpful to eliminate cellulite.

Ingredients

5 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoon of sea-salt and ½ lemon.

Method

First, you need to take a vessel and extract the lemon juice from the lemon and grate the peel. Then pour the honey and blend it well, afterwards add the sea-salt. Now soak a towel into the liquid and wrap around your body or you can prepare the solution into a tub and can relax for 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with tap water.
