Baking soda is an easy available yet one of the most effective home remedy to treat skin or body rashes. You can either apply it to the affected part of your skin by mixing it with little amount of water. Leave it for couple of minutes to get dried then wash it off. On the other hand you can also take a warm bath by adding baking soda into the water.
You need to mix 1 cup of baking soda to the lukewarm water of the tub. Lie down into the solution for 30 to 45 minutes. Baking soda works well on curing most of the skin rashes. It not only heals skin rash but also provide relief from skin irritation. Make sure not to use baking soda if your skin is cracked.
Oatmeal is an another common home remedy to cure skin rashes. Oatmeal preserves the ingredients that help to fight against the germs of skin rashes, that is why it is used in most of the mediated creams and lotions which are made to treat skin rashes.
Apart from healing rashes oatmeal provides natural moisture to skin which soothes the swollen skin and save it from further rashes. To prepare the remedy you can mix 1 cup of raw oatmeal to cold or lukewarm water and soak yourself in the tub for couple of minutes, you will surely notice the difference.
As lemon is enriched with anti-swelling ingredients, it helps to eliminate skin rashes. You directly apply extracted lemon juice on the affected areas and leave it to get dried, then rinse it off.
If using lemon directly on your skin seems harsh then you can make a blending of 2 tablespoon of lemon juice with 6 tablespoon of vitamin oil. Now apply it directly on your skin and leave it for 15 minutes. Finally wash it off.
Aloe vera gel can do wonder to your body rashes. Aloe vera gel is enriched with cooling agents which soothes the affected areas and helps to remove rashes along with immense relief. It also works as a natural moisturizer.
You can either opt for the gel directly from the plant by collecting extract from the aloe leaf or buy the gel form. For better result you can blend aloe gel with cod liver oil and vitamin E and apply on the affected skin.
