Inhale Steam And Camphor
Taking steam perhaps is the best way to clear your nasal congestion. Take a bowl of boiling water. Add pinch of camphor in it and hold your face on it. Cover your head with a thick towel.
Steam and camphor helps to clear the clogged pores. The mucus will come down automatically after taking steam for 3-4 minutes. Practice these methods 2-3 times daily and soon get rid of congestion.
In a bottle take some warm water and add some salt in it. Mix well to make it saline. Squeeze this bottle on your nostrils. The saline water will enter inside and the mucus will come out. In this way you will get rid of nasal congestion.

Mustard paste is one of the most excellent products that help to cure nasal congestion. Take some mustard seed and grind it. While grinding it add a green chili and some salt in it. In mustard oil fry 10 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 red chili, 2-3 black pepper seeds and one sliced onion. Fry them properly and then grind them to paste.
